È il secondo gruppo assicurativo dopo la multinazionale Generali, è primo per numero di assicurato nella RC Auto con diversi marchi, ha banche etc etc.
Ora viene fuori che si è legato al Cagliari calcio, sponsorizzando il loro nuovo stadio con un contratto decennale.
Ecco perché ste merde non possono retrocedere, a prescindere dalle abilità dirigenziali e dei risultati sul campo.

La via più semplice sarebbe la ricapitalizzazione, ma non si azzarda perché dovrebbero partecipare pure quei 4 sfigati degli azionisti di minoranza.
Perché nel caso partecipasse solo lui ne annacquerebbe a tal punto il valore che si vedrebbe costretto a lanciare un'opa totalitaria per il delisting, cioè ritirarla dalla borsa.
Ma io non me la prendo con lui, perché i delinquenti sono i complici che acconsentono a tali continue porcate.
